Quality Policy

Stefatos S.A Quality Policy serves as the cornerstone of the Quality Management System and reflects the Organization’s commitment to (a) providing customers with products and services that meet or exceed their needs and (b) strive towards continual improvement. This Quality Policy is articulated through the system that is outlined in this Quality Policy Manual.

The Quality Policy of Stefatos S.A is presented below:

Stefatos S.A is committed to retaining the allegiance of its customer’s, shareholders and employees, while making a positive contribution to the environment in which the Company operates.

It is the policy of Stefatos S.A to achieve and maintain the highest Quality performance in meeting its customer’s needs as well as national & applicable international regulatory requirements.  High Quality implies an explicit understanding of the customer, the customer’s needs, service requirements and specifications.

Further, it is the policy of Stefatos S.A to provide products and professional services on a national scale that fills a wide range of customer needs, to actively pursue and deserve a reputation for Quality leadership in our industry and to be worthy of customer trust resulting from receipt of full value.

It is the objective of Stefatos S.A to embody a commitment to the highest Quality performance, into every aspect of our operations.  This objective will be sustained through the conservation of a corporate posture, which embraces a climate of defect prevention, rather than defect detection.  Highest Quality performance implies a level of employee achievement that reflects an unremitting pursuit for excellence.  This performance is feasible through the establishment of measurable goals and objectives, methodical training, encouragement for professional growth, motivation for Quality consciousness and prompt allocation of resources.
