Quality Policy
The Company’s Quality Policy is defined in accordance with the requirements of its customers, current legislation, and its core business principles.
“STEFATOS S.A.” approaches quality through the implementation of its Quality Management System, which provides the framework for the continuous improvement of the Company’s operations, with the primary objective being the satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of the identified interested parties to the greatest possible extent.
The driving force of the Company is continuous improvement at all levels. To this end, risk analysis is informed by non-conformities as well as opportunities, and is monitored through objective quality goals. Any deviations trigger corrective and improvement actions, supported by:
- Staffing the Company with well-trained personnel.
- Selecting reliable partners and suppliers.
- Equipping the business with appropriate hardware and software.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers to accurately capture their requirements and to document and manage any contractual deviations.
- Recording and reducing any failures with the aim of continuous and qualitative improvement of the products, services, and internal operations.
- Identifying and assessing potential risks arising from the Company’s operational activities and taking appropriate mitigation measures.
- Managing internal changes that may impact the quality of services provided.
- Constantly striving to improve the services provided in a way that promotes and ensures effective delivery service and the development of strong, harmonious relationships with customers and suppliers.
The Company’s Management commits to ensuring that:
- Its quality policy is known and understood both internally (by the staff) and externally (via the website).
- The policy is reviewed for ongoing relevance and adequacy.
- All necessary resources are provided for the continuous and uninterrupted operation and improvement of the Quality Management System.
- It operates using environmentally friendly practices in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to climate change.
It also commits to full compliance with the laws and regulations governing its operations.
The Administrative Director, appointed by Management as the Quality Management Representative, assumes responsibility for the supervision, maintenance, and development of the Quality Management System.
